✦ Elena Caicedo - LMT ✦

If you are interested in scheduling an appointment with Elena, LMT, please contact us to inquire about her current availability for new clients. While Elena maintains a full schedule, she strives to accommodate new clients whenever possible. The only exception is for those who were issued a gift card before October 2023, you may schedule as normal.
Elena Caicedo is the owner and founder of Amethyst Massage and a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist. She attended The Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2015, where she worked as an anatomy tutor and led her class.
Since graduating from massage therapy school, she has taken numerous continuing education courses focusing on therapeutic bodywork. Her favorite modality is Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage Therapy, in which she uses her feet as the massage tool while holding onto bars on the ceiling for balance.
Elena attended her first Ashiatsu course in 2019 and has continued to take advanced training since then. Each massage with Elena is customized with your needs in mind.
✦ Daniel Musser - LMT ✦

Daniel co-owns Amethyst Massage and is a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist. He attended Arbor College in 2016 and focuses his skills on pain management and athletic performance. He uses a series of skills, like Ashiatsu, passive and resistant stretching, and myofascial release to help maximize performance and minimize associated pain.
Daniel is also a craniosacral practitioner, which can be beneficial for relieving old patterns in the nervous system. Daniel pulls from a wide array of techniques to ensure that each massage is tailored to the individual client.
✦ Hayley Mills - LMT ✦

Hayley is a passionate LMT in and from Knoxville, TN. She graduated Valedictorian from Arbor College School of Massage in 2022. Thus far her career has been focused on creating an environment of deep relaxation and delivering relaxing massage with some therapeutic focus.
She is currently learning more therapeutic techniques at Amethyst with Elena, LMT and Daniel, LMT. She has formal training in Cranial Sacral, pregnancy massage, and TMJD management.

Adam is trained in a wide range of techniques including Fascia Stretch Therapy, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, and visceral massage. His favorite type of bodywork is an integrative approach that combines various styles of Asian bodywork. He draws from modalities like Shiatsu, Thai massage, and Fascia Stretch Therapy to create treatments that are both deeply therapeutic and highly individualized. These techniques emphasize movement, meridian-based therapy, and targeted pressure work to restore balance and optimize function. He appreciates this approach because it allows him to adapt to each client’s unique needs—whether they require deep structural work, improved mobility, or nervous system regulation. By blending ancient wisdom with modern understanding, Adam helps clients achieve lasting relief and a greater sense of well-being.

Red is a queer massage therapy student and doughnut maker. Knoxville born and raised, they enjoy the outdoors and meeting new people.
Red is managing the front desk at Amethyst and helping the team grow.
